    V-Convention Connect 2021 is an online V-Convention, the flagship event of The V. It will be held LIVE and ONLINE on the 9-11 October 2021.

  2. When and where will V-Convention Connect be held this year?
    V-Convention Connect will be done online this year, in partnership with vtube, QNET, and The V. We will have a live events place which will be streamed ONLINE WORLDWIDE, so no matter where you are in the world, you will be able to take part in the magic of V-Convention.

  3. Who will be at V-Convention Connect?
    Our Founders Dato Sri Vijay Eswaran and Joseph “Japadas” Bismark will be at V-Convention Connect 2021, together with our esteemed V Ambassadors. We will also have QNET product trainers talking about the latest product offers and special guest performances for the opening show on Day 1 so stay tuned!

  4. How to get to V-Convention Connect?
    The event is held online so you can access V-Convention Connect via your laptop, mobile phone, or tablet, wherever you are in the world!

  6. Can I share the livestream link to my social media pages?
    NO. Only those who purchased the all access pass to V-Convention Connect 2021 can watch the event. You will be automatically logged out if your account attempts to log in using multilple devices.

  1. How to get tickets for V-Convention Connect?
    An all access pass to V-Convention Connect comes with the following products purchased at the QNET eStore. Visit your Virtual Office to get your vtube subscriptions with complimentary all-access pass.

    You can also go to VShoppe to purchase a #VCC2021 all-access pass only WITH or WITHOUT Translation Services.
    *Note: There will be an additional fee of 5 USD if you opt for WITH Translation Services.

  2. Is it open to non-IRs?
    The event is exclusive to Independent Representatives of QNET and The V. The V-Convention Connect 2021 all access pass will only be available on the IR’s Virtual Office or QNET eStore.

  3. What if I already have a vtube subscription?
    If you already have a vtube subscription, the purchase of 1 or 2 months vtube with V-Convention Connect all access pass (with or without Translation Services) will be added to your current subscription.

  4. I can’t find vtube with V-Convention Connect pass in my Virtual Office.
    To be able to purchase your vtube subscription with V-Convention Connect all-access pass in the QNET eStore, here’s what you need to do:
    1. Go to https://portal.qnet.net/ and log in with your IR ID and password.
    2. From the Category, click on Online Event and select from vtube 1 month or 2 months subscription. Click Add to Cart.
    3. Choose your preferred currency Click Check Out.
    4. Choose your Payment Option and input the necessary information. Click Confirm.
    5. You will receive a payment receipt once completed.
    6. Once purchase is successful you will also receive an Acknowledgement Letter on your registered email address. Your exclusive access to the event will be sent to this email as well.
      *This email address must not be shared with another IR.

    5. Complete the information required in the next page and click Continue.
    6. Once your payment is successful, you will receive your Registration Confirmation Email and Payment Invoice to the email address you used to purchase.

    2. You will be redirected to a page to purchase. Input your email address and code VCCTRANSLATION.

    No. Only ONE (1) device per V-Convention Connect all access pass. Your email address and login details will only work on ONE (1) device. When a second device logs in, the first device will automatically log out.

    No. Unauthorised recording, distribution, or editing of any part or all of the content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

  8. Can I gather my team and watch the event together?
    We highly DISCOURAGE this. Each V-Convention experience is personal and different for each participant. VCC is also part of The V and QNET’s endeavour to prioritise and take care of everyone’s health and welfare.

    It is recommended to watch the broadcast on your own and take part in the event by focusing and listening intently to each session. You are free to take notes on the lessons you learned on the event, from each V-Convention Connect speaker.

  9. Will the video link be sent every day or is it the same link from Day 1 to Day 3?
    The link to watch the event will be sent to the email address you used to purchase the V-Convention Connect all-access pass.This link will be sent to you at least 48 hours before the event. This will be the same link for all three days.



  1. What do I need to do before the event?
    Before the start of the event every day, kindly check your device’s battery percentage, the required browser to be used (Google Chrome) and your internet connection, you need at least 0.5 Mbps download speed for interpretation.

  2. I can’t log in.
    To be able to access the LIVE broadcast page of V-Convention Connect, you need to log in using the email address you used when you purchased your V-Convention all access pass. This email address cannot be shared with another IR.

    In the Log In page, click on the Retrieve Your Password line above the log in button. Input the email address you used to purchase your all-access pass. Your password to login will be sent to that email address.

  3. My email address is not working.
    Make sure that this is the email address you used in your purchase of V-Convention Connect all access pass. Only ONE (1) email address per V-Convention Connect all access pass. This email address MUST NOT be shared with another IR. Your exclusive link access, login information details, and passcode for the Interpretation feature will be sent to this email address.

  4. I forgot my password.
    If you forgot your password, click on the Retrieve Your Password line above the log in button.

    Input the email address you used to purchase your all-access pass. Your password to login will be sent to that email address.

    The passcode for the Live Interpretation is sent to the email address you used to purchase your V-Convention Connect all-access pass.

  5. The video isn’t loading.
    Check your current internet speed. You need at least 20 Mbps for a smooth viewing experience. Make sure you have a stable internet connection to be able to watch the live broadcast.

  6. I can’t hear the audio.
    Click on the video. At the lower left of the screen, you can find the speaker/sound button beside the word LIVE. Click on the icon and make sure that audio is turned on.

  7. Can I rewind the video?
    No. The event is broadcasted LIVE so make sure to stay tuned for the entire day so you don’t miss out on any of our guest speakers!
